Dissapointing

I purchased this pack back on July and it has not printed a single document in a correct way ever since the first day. I have a canon mp280.
There are several problems that I am concerned about; the first one is that my printer does not recognise one of the black cartridges while the second one runs just fine. The second problem is that the color cartridge does not print the images as it should since it looks like it prints them with the colors in negative instead of the actual ones.

It would be nice to find a solution but if it is not possible I just want to let you know that the product needs some fixing.
