The only sign I could find of it being used was scratches around the charging port, otherwise it looks new. The tablet came ready to use right out of the box. I got it primarily as a sort of second monitor for a laptop to play videos and such so the price was perfect. The seller had good communication as well, sending me an email of how to contact them if I had questions or issues.
