The Sales team called me the next day after purchase to follow-up with questions and go over how the delivery process works. Even with a slight issue the Sales team where easily reachable and rectified the issue to ensure my TV came next working day, which it did. TV is emasculate and the price was an absolute bargain! It was advertised as “opened - never used”, but was very obviously used. Despite this, all accessories were present and the item was in good condition otherwise. The seller agreed to a partial refund, which resolved the issue for me.
