  Item was packaged very well with bubble wrap and original box. Item was delivered fast. It was as described with a small scratch or two which are barely visible. Much better value than buying a new TV direct from LG.

  package dispatched fairly quickly, but it took a really long time to deliver, about 2 weeks. It was stuck in the shipping center for about a week. the seller responds quite slow for my liking, the package was quite poorly packaged, no bubblewrap and no box. item advertised as new, but looking at the item (pics attached) there seems to be 2 small scratches that won't affect the actual use.

  The time arrived timely, despite the the new year and weekend. It was advertised as “opened - never used”, but was very obviously used. Despite this, all accessories were present and the item was in good condition otherwise. The seller agreed to a partial refund, which resolved the issue for me. Given the partial refund, I think overall it was also good value.

  I had an extremely positive experience with the seller. He went to clarify all my doubts and helped me all along with the purchase. The shipping was really fast and it was well packed . The board was totally compatible with the TV. I do recommend this seller 👍

  The service and support was second to none. The Sales team called me the next day after purchase to follow-up with questions and go over how the delivery process works. Even with a slight issue the Sales team where easily reachable and rectified the issue to ensure my TV came next working day, which it did. TV is emasculate and the price was an absolute bargain! I hope to do business with the seller again.

  A refurbished item indistinguishable (at least to the naked eye) from a brand new one. Supplied on the advertised scheduled and extremely well packed. Can find no fault with this supplier and would recommend without hesitation.
