Everyday Deals immediately offered refund or replacement with no quibbles - in the end we did a compromise as barring the lid the product was perfect. Excellent customer service and great organisational values, I’d recommend them to others and will confidently buy from them again on the strength of this experience

To be fair to Evri they kept us informed and the delivery chap was very pleasant. As for the item I ordered an incorrect scales. Although they are not ideal we will keep them and not find use for them. Overall a very good service. I prefer to physicall see the item I am buying, but these day with less shops and therefor less items choice is limited.Salter Dietary Mechanical Kitchen Scale (#186806905069)
