Only need to dab the small pot onto one finger and cover areas most exposed to the uncovered areas above the sheets. It worked, no midge bites, but you must re-dab every night. We do not suffer from allergies, so I suggest you do a tester spot first, just in case.

I bought it to use as part of a recipe for mosquito repellent for my hols in Greece. I used coconut oil as a base because and put many drops of citronella oil along with some lemongrass oil and some drops of peppermint oil too. I only got two bites in areas where I failed to apply it. My skin seemed to say yes and thank you for applying it.
