  From the beginning, I was amazed at their customer service. Within a few hours, after I paid the item, it was already at the post office. On the following day, I received a message from them, thanking me for the business and assuring me for service in case there was a problem. Then as he mentioned, the item I purchased was at my front porch. The item was well packaged and even though it was "USED", it looked as brand new! Thank you so much. They were added my favorite Seller now.

  Item, snowshoes, were exactly as described. Brand new and well packed for delivery. I would definitely do business with them again. One last thing, I got a discount and after checking out I noticed that I forgot it. I contacted the seller, vtgvangogh, I told them what happen and would they honor the discount. Within minutes they contacted me asking how much was the discount and they gave it to me immediately. You cannot ask for a better seller or customer service!

  Item (S-VHS cassette recorder) was received as described. Condition was very good (unit originally manufactured in late 1980's). Completion of transaction went very smoothly. Seller was very cordial and provided prompt shipment with good packaging. Would highly recommend future transactions!
