  This seller is suspect!! Sent me the product after excuses and delays. (All documented). Proceeded to tape together cardboard to make a box and didn’t package the ceramic mug with ANY protection and what a surprise, it was smashed when it arrived. Accused me of smashing it and putting it back in box. (who does that). Should have immediately refunded me but didn’t. Paid almost 9 dollars for mediocre shipping. Will never buy from again and I will be contacting eBay and PayPal.

  Seller was polite, but when shipping the hat the seller didn't package the baseball cap in a box so it got crushed and now the shape of the hat is messed up. I washed the cap and put cardboard panels inside of it to try to fix the shape, fingers crossed.
