Not only did they keep me informed of everything, after a lengthy wait (my choice hoping they’d turn up) I was offered a refund. Again, disappointed to not receive the plates but can’t fault the seller at all. Would highly recommend them.

However, I love the Ice Rose china so its not too much of a problem. I would like to praise the seller for the most amazing packaging, it was superb and very safe for the parcel to be delivered smoothly. Thanks.
