  I contacted the seller 2 different times within a month. I was ignored both times. The Converter Box was supposed to be new but it would not turn on when we plugged it in. I requested a refund but received nothing. I will never purchase from this seller again. This is the first time in all my years of being a buyer that I have been ignored by a seller. Buyer beware!
