The Reviews Are Right!!
I research "best .........whatever product......." before I purchase something and I haven't made a wrong choice yet in shopping this way. That is especially true with Denise Austin: Shrink Your Fat Zones Pilates DVD!! Denise is very good at explaining the moves and she is great at choosing the moves to make you sweat. You can choose to do a portion of the DVD or all of it. All in all, I am glad I made this DVD a part of my workout routine and that is why I give it 5 Stars and 2 Thumbs Up!!!

This is the DVD if you want to sweat!!
I wanted to go back to the "old billy blanks tae bo" and, woah, what a WORK OUT!! Billy explains all the moves and you can watch his co-tae boers perform each movement. I could not make it through the entire dvd; I had to take breaks ever so often to catch my breath, but once I learn all the moves and the sequence, I feel like this will be an awesome workout!!
