  Although not completely clear in the description, these pebbles are refurbished. Item came sealed in a Fitbit envelope, looks new. First pebble wound not connect, reached out to seller who responded quickly and sent a replacement immediately. Second pebble successfully connected. Buying refurbished provides an incredible value! Seller A+.

  You cant beat it for the price (~60$). A good amount of people seem to have some issues with the supplier as can be seen on the reviews (I was one of them). Mine didn't have an address, and got sent to someone else. Seller fixed it immediately though and sent another watch. Works well, charges well, and its in better condition than many others on Ebay. Came packaged in Google package.

  The buyer was very helpful. The package was lost in the mail a couple times and the seller sent another free of charge which was helpful. They did their best to resolve the issues. Fitbit worked as should.

  Very good seller. Fast shipping. Selling condition was listed as new. However the packaging said it is refurbished. Nevertheless, works well. It was a little hard to figure out how to charge it. In addition to the protective film on front and back, there were small plastic protective pieces covering the charging pins. Once removed, the unit charged.
