    The item was exactly as described. The seller communicated very clearly and offered the product at a very competitive price with delivery. The item shipped incredibly quickly getting from Japan to UK in only 5 days. One minor concern was having to deal with taxes and dues coming into the UK but this isn't the sellers fault! Overall I'm very pleased to have bought from them and would use them again and would highly recommend them!

    Mr. Kazuhiro was very clear with communication. He confirmed import taxes before confirming purchase and gave a heads up that an upcoming holiday may affect the shipping date, but when it was actually shipped, it took only 2 days from Japan to New York. The guitar was thoroughly wrapped and came in perfect condition. A great purchase with a well mannered seller. This should be the only kind of buying experience.

    The guitar I ordered was in excellent condition and was exactly as described. Despite being across the world, the guitar was delivered to me within 6 days with very secure, and reasonably priced, packaging (please see photos attached). I would recommend this seller.

    I would highly recommend this seller! I received my books in perfect condition and they were packaged very well. The seller was very kind and even messaged me to confirm that I knew the books were in Japanese language before they were posted to me. The shipping was very fast to Australia. I am a huge fan and collector of Nitro Chiral games and items so I am very satisfied and happy with this purchase, and they make a lovely addition to my manga shelf! Thank you so much :)

    I had an amazing experience with this purchase. I'd initially received the wrong item, but the seller was really quick to respond and send me the correct item. Both times the shipping was also incredibly fast (less than a week from Japan to the US) and the books were packaged carefully. And it arrived in perfect condition!
