  Great price, prompt shipping, but not exactly as listed. Listed as OPEN BOX ITEM, seller description: "will come in original packaging and includes all accessories." Arrived in vacuum sealed plastic package, NOT original Jabra open box, missing 2 out of the 3 ear gels that Jabra usually provides. Small aftermarket ear gels plus large Jabra ear gels provided.   (-) Seller didn’t ship the item as fast as they advertised, though they did eventually respond (2 days after being sent a question as to when they would ship). Item advertised as new in original packaging condition, yet arrived damaged with missing pieces (missing one clasp and a mixing mesh top piece) that causes it to leak liquid more easily, and would not allow it to be shaken (which is the original purpose). Buyer has to pay for return shipping, making it too much of a hassle to return.

  .I would advise against buying from this individual due to their complete lack of communication. They scammed me by accepting payment for an item but never delivering it.
