A few local mechanics were doubtful a replacement part that was not a exact match by number would work on my vehicle, however, the seller indicated that it would be compatible with 2014-2016 vehicles - I'm relieved that the item description was accurate.

Unfortunately there was an issue with the motor in the mirror that the seller was unaware of. When I notified them of the issue they immediately sent a return shipping label and promptly issued a full refund. I would absolutely do business with this seller again. Hats off for great service and honest business.

I would return but it doesn’t make sense to send back with the cost of shipping (not seller’s fault, I should’ve done better research). Overall, they were great to deal with and were extremely responsive with all my questions. I’d definitely do business with the seller again and recommend them to anyone!

Brackets and fasteners were not shipped but later on the seller realized they were not sent after I responded them missing. The seller apologized and responded that the missing items will be sent. Plus he was very patient with my constant communication to verify part matches what I needed. Haven’t installed yet but so far it’s been a pleasant experience, it’s eBay auto house…but sellers like spalding auto parts make it a good option to shop.
