    Previous bad experience from this seller with refusing to give my refund for sandals I returned through Australia Post. I had proof this seller received my return through tracking, but because I sent my return through Australia Post instead of their carrier through eBay, they kept my money. I lost nearly $500. I thought I would give them one more try….only because they had the boots I needed and I couldn’t find them anywhere else. Silly me….they haven’t arrived! “BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS SELLER”

    I tried to cancel less than five minutes placing the order. No option to cancel. I messaged multiple times throughout the day asking to ship. No response. Item was not actually mailed until the next day. Despite my request to cancel, he shipped the item anyway. I asked for him to pay for the return shipping label, but he decided to charge me for his error. This seller had demonstrated extremely poor, communication and was rude. I would not buy from this person.

    I have purchased 4 pair of MBT shoes from Kristen Shoegear and totally had a very positive experience. So glad they were able to help me with getting new MBTS as they are hard to find. Shipping was on time and packaged very well. I would purchase from them again!
