    This is a wonderful seller!!! I received this item on time and in new condition, the only issue was that it did not fit my car (could happen to any of us). BUT, the seller, Gary, actually phoned me when I messaged to let them know. He asked to check a few details and was very apologetic. Even better, Gary actually found aa seller who had the exact item I needed and sent me a link. He arranged for a return and refund of my purchase. I have nothing but admiration and respect for Gary!

    I didn't receive the item so then they said we will refund your money which was $120.27 AUD they (the seller) only Refunded $59.18 AUD so I contacted eBay reference number 2-178843608361 and have not heard any more about the problem. One other thing the seller said they have refunded the full amount when clearly they haven't . Regards Roger
