    Item was brand new condition as described, fast shipping. However I reached out to the seller before purchasing to ask about item dimensions, and never received a response. Otherwise perfect transaction, and at this extremely discounted price, would do business with them again.

    I ordered two items. Two Beckham Hotel Collection Pillows. When they arrived they were not quite the same as I ordered. The two items I got were perfect. I wrote to MOMDMECOM and told her about the mistake. She wrote back and is giving me a full refund and also told me to keep the pillows I got. I can't say enough about her customer service. This brand of pillows are quality, so I was treated more than fair. Definitely will do business with her again. Darlene

    I rated positive due to Seller MOMDMECON intervention and quick resolution. I love Seller taking responsibility for refunding me this item considered lost by USPS. USPS is disappointing... l was refunded in full by the Seller on June 25, less than 1 day submitting my inquiry about my package shipping status. Item was shipped on June 12. By June 21 package location is unknown, no further shipping update posted by USPS since then...

    I had an issue with the description of the item not being what was expected initially, but the seller promptly issued a partial refund for the product once I raised my concerns about it, which was extremely considerate, proactive, and thoughtful of them. I have nothing but good things to say about these folks. They run their business well on all fronts. Thank you very much for making it right! You ve earned me as a customer for your store for life!

    My mail carrier didn’t deliver package to proper mailbox and item ordered is currently lost despite being indicated as properly delivered. Prompt shipping was provided by seller and I don’t believe they are at fault. Unfortunately I’m unable to collect on insurance due to being listed as properly delivered. Hopefully the neighbor who likely received the item in their locked mailbox will eventually return the item. Please contact me if for some reason the item is returned to you seller. Thanks.

    Been looking into getting this set but didn’t wanna spend crazy money. Seller had one, reasonably priced, packaged nicely so it wasn’t damaged, and shipped fast. Highly recommend!
