    The bag is very pretty, & I love the color. The bag was as described. It definitely looks new. (Had a tag in the bag & one attached with string which anyone could put back on. ? Authenticity?) Free shipping, & It arrived on time. Packaged in a plastic bag instead of box, which allowed postal service to cram into mailbox. Seller responded to question very quickly. Overall, I am pleased.

    Dispatch and delivery time was great only boots came brown and the incorrect size so we had to return them. Presented a bit of an issue as we were flying out to the uk for a wedding and didn’t have time for a replacement and had to get shoes whilst there. Communication was great though and got back to me really quickly when I asked for speedy shipping due to the time constraints and refunded within a day. These things happen sometimes. Many thanks
