    I paid for the full 36 pieces but they could not find some of the pieces. They asked for more time to see if they could find the pieces that were missing. They could not find some pieces so they gave me a discount and sent the pieces they had. they arrived a day earlier than expected, and wrapped well. I would use they guys again in a heart beat.

    Very nice item purchased and sent my way, only to find the item was in better shape than the listed stated… Nice! The item was packaged well for a quick delivery to me.     Antique Teapot arrived in perfect condition due to great care in packing. The item condition is as described, if not in better condition than described. Price was below market value for this hard to find piece and completes my set. Thank you for the opportunity to own this 1918 Noritake Azaela Teapot!
