  This company is simply the BEST! Creativity in design, craftsmanship, communication beyond the norm for an on line company, quality of finish, pricing that I think is more than fair. But here is what is better than all that: they took a personal interest in my small purchase, when it got delayed by USPS by nearly a week, They answered all of my worried E mails immediately. I would not only highly recommend Jeffstone, buy from them again but I now consider them sorta friends. Rickie

  This bracelet was very pretty and simple. When I tried to put it on my wrist, it broke in half. I immediately sent a message to the seller who responded quickly. He said that I could return the broken bracelet and he would immediately send back my payment. I was just notified that the bracelet had been delivered to the seller. I am awaiting my refund. This is a reputable seller.

  Beautiful ring , when your dealing with this seller and your from the states (U.S.) or region, be advised that there is a time zone difference, seller replies to all messages in a timely fashion. Seller is attentive to all my questions and is very careful of his craftsmanship. I appreciate his mindfulness & will order again thank you for your service. Will order again.

  The earrings were beautiful however one was not in box but did find it in the paper it was wrapped in when was going to return it. Was disappointed that they were not in black box as shown in picture but in plastic box and again there was only one in the plastic.box The seller did not seemed to believe that this happened but it did. I sent him a message that these beautiful earrings should be in the black box as shown He was not pleased and sent me back a not very nice message.

  The earrings are very nice, but I was disappointed that they do not come in the black gift box as shown in the pictures. Instead they come in a small clear lightweight plastic box which is not giftable. I contacted the seller but ye said he doesn't send the black box.
