I was attempting to make a pair out of two mirror image stamps (like book-ends). I received a message prior to shipment asking me if this was my goal. They doublechecked because the pair aren’t a pair, having differing sizes. Sadly, a matching set was unavailable. I blinked my eyes and had a refund for the order.     Excellent stamp. Due to a mailing mishap this stamp was lost in the original shipment. The seller kindly replaced it. Our communication about the problem was good and the issue was quickly resolved. I recommend this seller for some interesting rubber stamps and good selling practices. A++++

    Fast shipping. Packaged for safe shipping. Great communication. There was smeared ink on the background of the decal and I contacted Brian and he apologized and sent a replacement asap. This is not typical of Brian at all. His stamps are high quality stamps. I'm telling you because he stands behind his work and he did!! Beautiful red rubber. Beautiful wood blocks. Thank you Brian.
