    Monitor was lost in transit by the courier - seller response to notification of failed delivery was quick, polite and efficient. I asked for a refund which was processed quickly. The measure of an excellent seller is not how well they deal with the easy things but how they deal with problems and Marketstone could not have done more.

    I placed order on 20th of July and today 28th July and still I haven't received my order yet. For item description I can not say anything because not received yet but for rest of seller services I will give them 0 and I won't recommend to anyone else to buy anything from this seller 0 communication from seller normally when anyone order from eBay with in 5 working days receive but this seller awfully service not recommended at all don't even think about it from this seller Ronnie Abbey

    The item arrived ok. The description doesn't say that your private data will be share with Amazon which is where the item comes from (Amazon labelled). This is a brreach of the GDPR, so even if the item tech details seem correct (haven't tried it yet) the buyer should be asked for permission to share their data with 3rd parties. I also contacted the seller 8 days ago asking for an explanation and there has not been any response at all. Unlawful pracices and poor comms. Look somewhere else!!
