    I’ve owned a pair of these since 2010 and love them. Sadly they broke down. I luckily found a new-in-box set here on eBay and bought it. Price, packaging & shipping were great, but due to the age of the item, the condition of the buds was not. The wire shielding had become brittle and was all cracked, revealing the bare wires underneath. Customer service was courteous and responsive. They offered me the choice of a replacent or a refund. I got the refund which the seller granted without issues.

    Whole experience with seller was great, parcel arrived on time, would definitely use seller again. However the courier is not so good, I ordered a battery that was dropped over my gate from a height of 6 feet. There was enough room to simply push it under the gate! Tracking from Evri was totally inaccurate!The parcel arrived before midday, an email arrived saying that they were unable to deliver item would try again later this week. Further email this afternoon saying delivered after 3pm today!!

    Wow, genuine Apple product at such a discounted price. Perfect NEW condition and well packaged for delivery by Royal Mail, which was next day. The type of eBay seller that is an ambassador for eBay should always be.

    Prodotto arrivato in anticipo nuovo e sigillato, come da descrizione. Da migliorare la gestione tracking (hanno fornito un numero inesistente), la comunicazione con il cliente (non hanno mai risposto ad una richiesta di informazioni) e la trasparenza, dato che il gioco era indicato come l'ultimo disponibile, per poi venir rimesso in vendita dopo che avevo effettuato l'acquisto.

    I had an email to say my item "....is being despatched" and then nothing more. Could I suggest that the wording is changed to ".....has been despatched" (obviously, once it has been.) Also, providing a Tracking Number that can't possibly be used to track the item until after it's been delivered, is somewhat pointless. I hope these suggestions are adopted, to save people like me having to contact the seller, to check that their item has actually been despatched.
