    Although advertised as new….description…. New with tags: A brand-new, unused, and unworn item (including handmade items) in the original packaging (such as the original box or bag) and/or with the original tags attached. See all condition definitions There were no tags…..it was just rolled up with a band around it and sent in a plastic envelope. Is it new…..could be…..it’s in good condition but it was not as advertised

    Great to find this hard to find item from Seller! Exactly as specified and packaged. It did take a little longer to get, but post Holiday shipping might have contributed. We appreciate Sellers inventory and follow through. We will use them again. Thanks!
