    Amazing communication! The item didn’t arrive on time, so I reported it as “didn’t arrive” and received a refund. It did arrive a few days later so I contacted the seller, and they said it was all good! If you appreciate good communication with a seller, these guys will benefit you!

    Great seller, item arrived in packaging that was beat to hades and ripped. Once it was determined a pole was missing a full refund was issued no questions, no hassle. Honestly it was refreshing, even though the item did not work out so many other sellers lately offer partial refunds then beg for good reviews even to the point of badgering me to change my review. This seller did nothing of the sort... thumbs up. 5 star feedback here

    HEADS UP Ebayer: Lasco Tower Heater product was sold to me as a "NEW" product. The product arrived in USED condition, loose power cord, unit had no packaging plastics, and was scratched in several places. The Box was taped over several times, and the heater is broken and does not work... seller says they offer 'free returns'... so my reward for buying their product is dealing with their free return policy, taking photos, and writing more about the bad transaction. no thanks. I'll lose the $35.

    Fast shipping , item new and as described. Note that item was shipped in original box which was ripped and smashed as USPS beat it up pretty badly. Recommend packing items in a shipping box.

    The picture on the box does not do this product justice, because it looks and feels like the mask from the first Michael Keaton film. Well packaged and in good condition. It arrived on time. Can be hard put on at times, but if you want to feel like Batman I highly recommend this item. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
