  The crystal was exactly as described. The seller was very good at keeping me informed as to the status of the order. Even though the package was coming from half way around the world it still arrived within the delivery estimate. The packaging was excellent, you could probably drive over the package with a car and still not hurt the crystal, in fact it took some time to get the package opened. No problems, we'll done.

  I was originally sent the wrong item. They offered to send a replacement. It never arrived, and I thought they were lying like other sellers have done. No sooner I asked for (and received) a refund, it arrived. I feel so bad. They are an honest seller!
