You won’t believe this but I got an actual phone call directly from the seller! I jumped the gun and HAD NOT opened her previous email. Katonya the seller, had ALREADY refunded the entire amount directly to my bank account! On top of that, she also sent the shoes I’d purchased!! NEVER, have had this type or, quality of customer service in ANY market including face to face! Katonya, spent nearly an hour making this right!
