  I was very happy that this seller refunded my purchase for the stone that was not in the package of items all shipped together. I immediately contacted the seller and was given a full refund without any hassle. I have ordered quite a few gem stones and have been very satisfied.   The item was not the one I bought, which I assume was the fault of the shipping company. That said, the piece is beautiful, if 30 carats lighter, with a gorgeous chunk of ruby on top! It also came with a certificate of authenticity. I contacted the seller about the issue and they were wonderful! Everything was worked out to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend these people to anyone who asked. Thanks again!
