    I still haven't received the item but I must stress it was through no fault of the seller. In fact I have never encountered such brilliant customer service anywhere. Royal Mail let both of us down but the seller is a real gentleman and honest. He not only gave me a full refund but also told me to keep the item if and when it finally arrives. Ebay should be very proud and appreciative to have people like this seller using their services because of his apparent no hassle sales technique.

    Sent this item back, ebay wanting £7.50 for return label they wanted it tracked. Seller sent it as large letter it was not tracked I did the same £2.10 . Seller says he didn't receive returned item which was £12.75 inferior vice jig gor engraving machine. Checked seller a few of their reviews regarding returns were allegedly never received or answered. Seems its only keys that are recorded? Been with ebay 2o years never had this before.
