They were exactly as described, right down to the rare color of pure black that make them so unique. The shipping was swift, the packaging guaranteed they would arrive intact as they were boxed up securely. When I opened the box I discovered the canisters were cradled in 100% pure bubble wrap! The item wasted in newspaper which did not properly cushion the item. The box was not adequately sized leaving the item resting against the box allowing it to be damaged in shipping. When I contacted this seller to report the damage his only response was for me to make a claim with UPS who then told me I could not because the seller had the claims locked . The seller has not responded to two attempts to resolve this.
