  This supplier is highly recommended, The Neon sign was delivered promptly and packaged extremely well. Despite this, the Neon sign was broken during delivery. The supplier responded immediately and sent replacement parts within a very short period of time which again were perfectly packed and arrived safely. These came with clear instructions for the repar which took no time at all delivering a working sign as advertised. EXCELLENT Service.

  Item arrived broken despite being exceptionally well packed. Contacted the seller, who was very prompt with responses, guaranteed my satisfaction. Seller shipped me replacement parts, also exceptionally well packed, with clear install instructions. Item now works as it should. Can't comment on longevity yet, but experience with seller was very positive. Would do business with again without hesitation.

  Incredible job turning our custom logo into a perfect neon sign! We are so pleased with how it turned out and how willing the seller was to work with us on creating the perfect coloring to enhance our single color logo. The item arrived well ahead of schedule and was extremely well packed. Highly recommend!!!!! The photos show our original logo, the working draft from the seller, and the finished neon (not the best picture as it is still boxed and surrounded by foam).
