I bought a Rank S and the condition was really great, the screen has scratch-less, it looked like new, the upper and lower part of the body was really close to new, of course if you try to find minor details on the body you will find them, but considering that it’s an used product, the condition was marvelous, definitely I would recommend it.
In case you care about the small details, you can buy a protective shell with design and problem solved 😎
In summary, I got a really good console 👌🏼

Overall a solid purchase, the 3DS still had covers on both screens, and worked perfectly. There were a few scratches on the outside and it had clearly had some soft-drink spilled inside the case, but that was very easily cleaned up with no lasting stains. It is working great and overall a solid console.

First the bad - packaging is absolutely minimal. It’s a miracle this 3DS survived the journey to me. Also, the circle pad rubber had reached its end of life and had become sticky, so I needed to replace the stick. Apparently this is common for devices that haven’t been used a lot and I don’t fault the seller. Replacement was cheap and fairly easy.
Everything else is great. This is my first 3DS and I absolutely love it. This one is now in amazing condition and I couldn’t be happier with it. A+++

Item displayed mininal signs of use, apart from a somewhat noticeable scratch on the outer shell and another on the corner of the upper screen.
The vendor was very communicative and helpful, and the delivery was made well within the estimated period. Plus, part of their profit goes to charity, which is admirable.
I had to pay an extra €50 due to import taxes, but that is no fault of the vendor's, and they warned about it on the item description. Still, potential buyers beware.

Seller was super accommodating when I had a problem and updated me on the order quickly and efficiently! Item arrived extremely fast for me, which was a welcome surprise! I did have to pay customs for Canada though, I got a prompt call and payed online, so no delivery delays. Item came tightly wrapped in bubble wrap, so no issues in transportation! The 3ds was just as described, in good condition with a few light scratches on the shell. I'd definitely buy from here again :)
