  The card was damaged in transit by royal mail, but walt reassured me this does not happen often and offered me a full refund and a return or a partial refund based on the postal damages. Communication with the seller was clear, fast and easy and my issue was resolved with a partial refund. I cannot overstate how helpful walt was and how he listened to my concerns. If Royal mail had not messed up, this would have been the best experience possible, but it was a close second thanks to walts help.
