The only complaint I have is that it wasn’t mailed in a bubble envelope, but instead a thin plastic envelope. By the time I received the book, there were rips in the plastic envelope with one at the base of the book being several inches long, in which that portion of the book was exposed. Many on Ebay generate and shipping order but don't get the item to shipper for 2 or more days. The DVD was well packaged looks fine.
