After some negotiation the seller agreed to a refund as the cost of returning the item would be the same as the original cost of the coat. The jacket I received was very well constructed and the fabric very good, it was just the wrong style. The seller was very polite throughout. EBay support chat agents were extremely helpful. After many many emails with the seller, I was offered 2 choices: A refund after I paid for the shoes to be returned to china ( shipping fee not refunded…) Or a 50% refund if I left a positive review. I guess I won’t get anything as I couldn’t have been more disappointed with the purchase and the very poor customer service provided.
