Pop Culture Galaxy refunded me at cost to them because the item cost them money and they get nothing out of this situation after returning my purchase price.     I got the product, admittedly a bit late due to companies pausing shipping during Eid. But overall, I'm loving the controller. It came in perfect shape, no scratches, no gamer grease, and no broken buttons. The packaging was great, it had a lot of bubble-wrap and pieces of newspapers to protect the product, which tells me the seller care a lot about their clients.
