Ordered and paid for on Aug 23rd tracking info not until Aug 29th and the item wasn't shipped yet just a tracking # and shipping label was created. On Sept 5th the item was given to USPS. 12 days to process and send an item the size of a roll of toilet paper with absolutely no communication what so ever. Finally received the item on Sept 10th 19 days after I ordered it.
