They are 4" including the carbon part thay goes around the tips. The seller offered to take them back and pay return shipping. I decided to keep them and they gave a patial refund of $25. The seller was very responsive and great to deal with.

Customer Service was responsive and refunded a portion of the purchase. Would have rather had the low switch.

They went out of their way to make sure I was satisified with my purchase, thereby turning a dissatisfied customer into a happy one. I woukd deffinitely buy from gs_motorking again.
