    Very pleased with this item. The seller was really quick to respond when, after dispatch, it failed to arrive. We managed via the tracking number to find it ‘lost in transit’, so the seller promptly dispatched another copy which arrived very rapidly. If the original turns up then I shall send it back to them. Great experience and will definitely purchase from the seller again.

    New item, but alas not as described due to format change, and newer format was sent, which was not what I had wanted or described. Return was easy, although communication was a little delayed. But otherwise, seller was quick to despatch order, and arrived quickly. Would purchase from seller again.
