After a week, I tracked down their phone number and called. They checked their inventory and found they never even had the correct item. They list items they don’t have and send facsimiles. I negotiated a partial refund and kept the wrong item (close enough) but they sent me less than agreed. I called back and finally got the correct amount. Finally got a reasonable result but way too much trouble.
