  Ordered this based on the seller's description that it would be sent via FedEx. We do not like to do business with the post office when we do not have to. They mailed it USPS. Let's just say that it has been over a week and the package has been in our city, back out of our city and now back in but sitting somewhere. While they have no control over this process, their listing was misleading and their response has been dismal at best, just pointing out the failures of the postal system.

  I love how quick the customer service is, I email them about an issue with my order and all they asked me was to send them a little video or pictures with the details of the problem wich to me is only normal, with all the people trying to rip business off now days, anyway I email those proofs to Evelyn and she took care my replacement in a heart beat, I got my new part installed and I'm back in the road, I couldn't be any happier with my experience with this seller and such good customer S.

  The item came brand new and in good condition the package wasn't damaged nor was the part damaged in any way form of fashion. It looks exactly the way it did in the picture on eBay. Got here just a little bit late but it wasn't past the date that it said it would be so I'm pleased. I have it installed the equipment yet so I don't know if everything works but from the looks of it it looks like it should. I would definitely buy from this buyer again.
