    Item was as described packaged well and arrived early. So early in fact that I was out of town. Had no indication that it was delivered so it sat on my front porch for two or three days. I got lucky and the porch pirates did not see the package. Everything but the shipping service was great. hence the 1 star on shipping costs. Rincos and UPS would not be my first choice. Again, other than the shipping issues very happy with the transaction and product.

    The seller was extremely kind and helpful during the entire process! Communication went smoothly, as they replied very fast. The item itself also arrived very fast, in spite of the long distance.     Really wish I could give more than 5 stars!! They were really kind about listing a new product as I already own one of the DVDs that was in the original listing, I asked if they could sell the other two together and they did it straight away. Posting time was super quick with them shipping it the day after purchasing. They arrived in really good condition and the dvds work perfectly well, I am reallyhappy with the purchase and they even included some photocards. Will definitely buy from again
