Computer specs do not match performance. It lags quite a lot when gaming online. Wouldn't recommend for gaming. Good enough laptop, just not for gaming. Graphics can't keep up even with GE Force graphics. Not the seller's fault, Dell is just low quality. Seller was great, shipping was fast. Thank you for the flexibility.

Experienced two(2) issues:
1. On this new laptop it is asking me to buy Microsoft Office 365 subscriptions. I don't understand why I should buy again when I have Microsoft Office (one-time purchase) on my old laptop on Windows 10 on my old laptop. What I am supposed to do?
2. I was watching a movie 1:30:00 long. The computer suddenly froze and re-booted about 2/3 midway of watching. Can someone explain?

Computer built and functions as described, minor scuffing on lid (as expected for refurbished) but otherwise great condition. About five hrs of battery life. Very well packaged for shipping. Only issue was no charging cable included as advertised, but contacted seller and they shipped one from Amazon in a couple days. Overall good experience, would buy from again!
