However the purse arrived damaged with a large scratch on the front side. The original listing’s pictures were stock photos of the purse so this would have been avoided had they uploaded pictures of the actual purse that they were selling. We did not write damaged during shipping. We don't know where that comment came from. There were no scratches on the bag just the natural hide of the leather that concerned the buyer.
