  I had a really good experience with the seller. I needed to change something in my order and they responded right away. They easily made the update to my order, provided a refund, and shipped the item quickly. The shipping packaging could have been a little better, maybe, as the box the item came in was kind of smashed, but the item itself was fine. It works great. Would order from them again.

  After a full month in transit the item arrived shattered in pieces . Seller said damage occurred in transit but there was no damage to the outer box or original box leading us to believe otherwise. Seller offered an insulting $10 refund and told me to glue it. Declined and they offered us 50% refund but I insisted on a full refund due to the extent of the damage. Seller did eventually provide a full refund. Threw the model away and bought from sometime else. Definitely wouldn't buy from again.
