    This seller is cunning and devious without any question; I specifically told this seller that if it’s not new and has no box that I wasn’t interested in purchasing this coffee mug because it was a gift, and I couldn’t give it to her. In spite of my concern and telling this seller I wasn’t interested in buying it, the seller continued to process my order!! I am totally displeased and alarmed that someone on eBay would do such a thing! BE ON GUARD WITH THIS SELLER WHO IS DEVIOUS AND DISHONEST !

Furthermore, this item is new in box as it came to us that way direct from the manufacturer. It shipped out on Saturday, one day after you ordered it. In the interests of further transparency, I have reported this feedback to eBay for their review and action.
