We try our best to get the goods to the customer but please note the delivery times specified on our listings are approximate delivery times, and may vary under certain circumstance, for example festive seasons like Xmas, Easter, bad weather like rain, snow, winds etc, which can delay the couriers due to back log.

If for any reason the goods are returned to us then you will be liable for Re-delivery, with this in mind it is important that you contact the courier’s to arrange re-delivery or collection as soon as possible. Also when making the purchase Please provide a mobile number for the couriers in the pay pal address section at the time of purchase/checkout, if no number is supplied then there is a possibility of a delayed delivery.

    I was sent the wrong discs and pads to begin with, seller was happy to send what I had originally specified on an exchange basis or offer a full refund. Waited a few days and my order turned up. Got what I wanted, fitted perfectly. Seller communication was 100% polite and helpful. Would use again 100%. Thankyou.
