Several days after buying it, seller created a shipping label. I knew seller was away for a few days, so no problem. When tracking didn't show any movement, I contacted seller who promptly advised me that he couldn't locate the item and offered an immediate refund, which I received. Stuff happens and I don't hold that against the seller. I would have preferred the buckle, but seller did the right thing under the circumstances.
