No effort was made at all to help protect my photos for shipment. Both photos in their eBay listings show them in hard plastic top-loaders in "Mint" Condition which the photos were taken out of or removed from the top-loaders for shipment & put in a baggie then shipped in an envelope. Literally the thing made that could have protected the photos during shipment were kept out for whatever reason by seller. Damage was done during shipping. Buyer was offered a FULL REFUND and paid return shipping. Buyer also recieved and $8.00 credit for shipping. This is a BUYER you can not make happy. BEWARE SELLERS. Zero protection & damage was caused by the seller's negligence not the post office. Nothing was used to protect the photos at all. Seller did offer return & partial refund but asked what I wanted & I told them but that wasn't available or an option & on their own decided I should get a partial refund & keep the damage Photos which who wants damage Photos. Seller never even confirmed or asked if I was OK with a partial refund & keep the Photos, they just did it on their own. F-
